Recruitment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Resource Administrator to join our team at XQ Technical. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a vital role in supporting our Technical Recruitment Consultants in delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the day-to-day running of the candidate experience, including messaging candidates, reviewing and screening applications, and uploading profiles onto our CRM.
- Administer candidate records and schedule interviews, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Provide administrative support to our Technical Recruitment Consultants, enabling them to focus on high-value tasks.
Requirements:
- Excellent IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft packages (Outlook, O365, Word) and experience with LinkedIn and CRMs or ATSs (Workday, Bullhorn, Recruit CRM, Vincere, or similar).
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and responsibilities.
