Recruitment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Resource Administrator to join our team at XQ Technical. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a vital role in supporting our Technical Recruitment Consultants in delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the day-to-day running of the candidate experience, including messaging candidates, reviewing and screening applications, and uploading profiles onto our CRM.
- Administer candidate records and schedule interviews, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Utilize Microsoft packages, such as Outlook, O365, and Word, to manage candidate interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our CRM and ATS systems, with a focus on optimizing candidate engagement and conversion.
Requirements:
- Excellent IT skills, with a strong proficiency in Microsoft packages and CRM/ATS systems.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in recruitment or administrative support, with a keen interest in pursuing a career in recruitment.
