MSX International is seeking a skilled Aftersales Data Delivery Executive to join our team in Farnborough.
This role supports the field-based members of our team with creating and preparing reports and presentations for retailer meetings and online live update calls to the network. Additionally, the Aftersales Data Delivery Executive is accountable for supporting the retailer network with queries and supplying information via telephone and email, ensuring customers receive excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating reports and presentations in a timely manner;
- Managing incoming/outgoing correspondence;
- Acting as the first point of contact for Retailers;
- Acting as a conduit between Retailers and the client;
- Completing tasks requiring Retailer contact on behalf of the client;
- Building and managing relationships with customers;
- Maintaining high quality standards at all times.
About the Role:
We are looking for an Aftersales Data Delivery Executive with a passion for the automotive industry and excellent organisational and time management skills.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Customer Service, Automotive Aftersales, and creating and formatting PowerPoint presentations. Intermediate/advanced Excel skills are also required.
