About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our Toyota team in Stockport. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences throughout the service and repair process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer relationships and provide accurate estimates and scheduling
  • Collaborate with sales, parts, and technicians to ensure seamless customer support
  • Encourage the sale of Toyota parts and accessories
  • Track and report issues affecting customer satisfaction or team targets
  • Connect with customers personally after service or repairs to ensure total resolution and satisfaction

About You:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual with previous customer service experience. You should have excellent communication skills, be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, are also essential.
