Residential Childcare Skills Coach

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Childcare Skills Coach to join our team. As a Residential Childcare Apprenticeship Trainer, you will be responsible for supporting and coaching apprentices within Residential Children's Services, helping them to achieve their apprenticeship qualification.
This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work from home and conduct 121 training sessions in the workplace. You will be working with a caseload of apprentices, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
The successful candidate will have a solid occupational competence in a Management role within the Residential Childcare sector, hold a minimum Level 5 Residential Children's related qualification, and possess Functional Skills L2. Ideally, you will hold a recognised Assessors qualification or a recognised teacher qualification.
