About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Childcare Solicitor to join our team at Law Absolute Limited. As a Childcare Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation in childcare matters, including public law care proceedings, adoption, and child protection.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law, with experience in childcare cases. You will be able to work independently, managing a caseload of complex matters, and provide high-quality advice and representation to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert legal advice and representation in childcare matters, including public law care proceedings, adoption, and child protection
  • Manage a caseload of complex childcare cases, providing high-quality advice and representation to clients
  • Work closely with social workers and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for children
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and communication
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in childcare law and policy, ensuring that advice and representation is always current and accurate
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong background in family law, with experience in childcare cases
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, social workers, and other professionals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex caseloads and provide high-quality advice and representation
  • A commitment to delivering excellent customer service and communication
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
