About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Childcare Solicitor to join our team at Law Absolute Limited. As a Childcare Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation in childcare matters, including public law care proceedings, adoption, and child protection.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law, with experience in childcare cases. You will be able to work independently, managing a caseload of complex matters, and provide high-quality advice and representation to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal advice and representation in childcare matters
  • Manage a caseload of complex childcare cases
  • Work closely with social workers and other professionals to achieve the best outcomes for children
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in childcare law and policy

About You

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Childcare Solicitor who is passionate about delivering high-quality legal services. You will have a strong understanding of childcare law and policy, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Admitted Solicitor, Barrister or CILEX of England and Wales with a current practising certificate
  • Strong background in family law, with experience in childcare cases
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
