- Level 5 Residential Leadership and Management qualification (or equivalent).
- Extensive knowledge of childcare legislation, Children's Homes Regulations 2015, and Quality Assurance Standards.
- Experience in managing residential children's homes at a managerial level.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in staff management, training, and development.
- Ability to manage budgets and make informed financial decisions.
- Professional Social Work qualification.
- Experience in managing complaints and responding to inspections.
