Job Description

We are currently hiring for a HR Manager on behalf of a client in the steel manufacturing industry. The client is a global enterprise headquartered in the Middle East and is a great opportunity for an experienced HR Manager looking for a new challenge at a growing multinational company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement all HR practices and strategies on the UK side of the business.
  • Manage recruitment processes, employee relations, performance monitoring, and learning and development.
  • Establish performance indicators with managers and review processes.
  • Support employees to improve performance and progress through career paths.
  • Identify training needs and conduct sessions for employees.
  • Provide administrative support for compensation, benefits, and pension schemes.
  • Ensure company policies adhere to UK regulations.
  • Develop HR strategies to align with overall business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in an HR role.
  • Qualifications and/or educational background in HR.
  • Previous experience in the manufacturing industry would be a huge bonus.
