Key Responsibilities:

Required Competencies:

  1. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  2. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent communication skills
  3. Extensive IT experience, preferably with Xero and other electronic databases
  4. Experience with payroll processing and relevant legislation
  5. Experience with managing supplier accounts and external client relationships
  6. Extensive people management skills and HR experience, including legislation

As the successful candidate becomes familiar with the role, an accounts assistant will be recruited to assist with daily accounts functions. The role is expected to expand in the future as the working directors transition to semi-retirement, and the business operations manager will take on operations management responsibilities, including managing field staff and the office.

The appointment will be subject to the 90-day employment provisions.
