Property Manager

Office Angels is seeking a skilled Property Manager to join a leading property management organisation in Canterbury. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of properties, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage property portfolios, including rent collection, credit control, and deposit registrations.
- Conduct property inspections, metre readings, and check-ins/check-outs as required.
- Provide administrative support to the team and management, including generating utility bills and inputting invoices on accounting software.
- Liaise with tenants, offering advice on management incidents and ensuring timely payment collection.
- Continually review and streamline processes to ensure legal compliance and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Proven experience in property management, with a solid understanding of property accounts and lettings processes.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
