Human Resources Director

We are seeking a seasoned HR Manager to drive strategic initiatives and foster a positive work environment at our UK office in Canterbury.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement effective people solutions, including performance management and talent development.
- Oversee the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Design and maintain HR policies aligned with business objectives, promoting a culture of diversity and inclusion.
- Lead employee relations cases and provide coaching and development opportunities for the HR team.
- Analyze HR data to inform strategic decisions and optimize employee reward and wellbeing programs.
- Embed a strong, inclusive culture across teams, reflecting the company's vision.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the manufacturing or steel industry, with a CIPD or relevant HR qualification.
- Previous HR Manager or senior leadership experience, with a strategic approach to adding value to the business.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to persuade stakeholders.
- Effective line management and analytical skills, with experience in extracting data for reporting purposes.
