About the Role

As the Head of Human Resources at Alpine Energy, you will be responsible for leading our People Operations and Business Partnering team. This includes managing all generalist HR matters, such as payroll, performance management, recruitment, and employment relations. You will also oversee our HR system, ensuring it aligns with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement consistent HR policies and strategies related to remuneration, retention, performance management, and succession planning.
  2. Lead a team of four direct reports, ensuring high-quality, efficient service delivery while operating within approved budgets.
  3. Advise and coach managers on people matters, fostering an empowered and engaged workforce.
  4. Enhance and promote a positive workplace culture aligned with our values, driving employee engagement and retention.
  5. Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy, partnering with line managers to attract and retain top talent.
  6. Oversee performance appraisal processes, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and providing coaching as needed.
