Key Responsibilities
  • HR System Development: Establish and maintain comprehensive HR systems, processes, and policies that align with our strategic goals.
  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
  • Payroll Management: Oversee and manage payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely compensation for all employees.
  • Training & Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills, support career development, and drive organizational success.
  • Performance Evaluation: Design and manage performance evaluation systems to ensure regular assessment and development of staff.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues, mediating disputes and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations, advising management on necessary actions and updates.
  • HR Policy Implementation: Collaborate with senior management to create and enforce HR policies and procedures that support our growth and employee satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Strong background in HR management, including recruitment and employee relations.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience in talent acquisition and performance evaluation processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Transport experience desirable.
  • HR certification is a plus.
