Job Summary

This is a senior leadership role for Wolters Kluwer Tax and Accounting Nederland B.V. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Tax and Accounting Europe team, driving business growth, and developing strategic plans to achieve long-term profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability in the Tax and Accounting Europe region.
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve business objectives and deliver results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business success.
  • Manage the region's budget and financial performance to meet business objectives.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Lead and manage the development of new products and services to meet customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market, customers, and competitors to drive business success.
  • Build and maintain a high-performing team by providing coaching, development opportunities, and recognition.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, finance, economics).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic and commercial management, business development, marketing, and branding strategies.
  • Strong experience in working in matrix organizations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple functions and organizations.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to balance operational and strategic needs.
