Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team at Bandai Namco Amusement Europe Ltd. as a key member of our services department. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing professional service to our key accounts, attending sites for installing new machines, carrying out diagnostic and preventative maintenance, performing monetary collections, and ensuring that all arcade machines are fun and functional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend sites for installing new machines and performing diagnostic and preventative maintenance
  • Carry out monetary collections and handle cash responsibly according to BNAE standards
  • Communicate regularly and effectively with the Regional Service Manager and Supervisor, working to the Rota produced by them on a monthly basis
  • Perform ad hoc duties reasonably requested by the Regional Manager/Supervisor
Requirements
  • Proficiency with electronics/electrical
  • Driving Licence (required)

Working Conditions
  • 40 hours per week, weekend availability necessary
