Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement compelling value propositions and strategic methodologies into tender documents
* Collaborate with sales, operations, and technical subject matter experts to develop tender strategies
* Write technical content relevant to the scope of work with easy-to-understand user interface text
* Manage all requirements and inputs as requested by clients in line with the Global Commercial Procedure
* Facilitate and prepare content for procedural review meetings on bid strategy, cost, risk, and lessons learned
* Prioritize multiple bids and consistently meet challenging deadlines
* Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
* Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of services and documentation requirements
* Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended requestor

Requirements

* HNC/HND in a business-related subject
* Previous experience within a similar role or transferable skills
* Ability to apply industry and technical knowledge proactively
* Advanced written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to understand internal and external customer needs
* Experience working in multi-cultural teams
