Senior Tendering Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation and submission of high-quality, competitive tenders and proposals.
- Analyse tender documents to identify key requirements and risks.
- Coordinate with various departments (engineering, procurement, finance, etc.) to gather necessary information and compile comprehensive tender packages.
- Develop and maintain a database of costs and prices for standard materials and services.
- Ensure compliance with all tender requirements and company policies.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of submitted tenders, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a tendering or bid management role, preferably within the welding and fabrication industry.
- Strong understanding of tendering processes, commercial terms, and contractual agreements.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and tendering software.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
