In this role, you will be essential in providing outstanding customer support by serving as the primary liaison between our clients and the service department. Your duties will encompass advising customers on vehicle upkeep, ensuring they are updated throughout the service journey, responding to their questions, and collaborating with the service team to guarantee prompt vehicle maintenance.

In this position, a strong focus on customer satisfaction is paramount. Your ability to connect with clients, build authentic relationships, and comprehend their requirements is vital.

Customer Service Specialists at Sytner Group operate on flexible schedules, which may include weekends, to ensure exceptional service delivery for our clients.

Qualifications for the Role

No previous experience is required; we welcome applications from individuals who are eager to learn and develop. Comprehensive training will be provided by our internal Learning & Development team along with specialized courses to aid your professional growth. Strong organizational and administrative capabilities, attention to detail, and a background in customer service are beneficial. While experience with specific software is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite.
