Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in effective and impactful conversations with customers to understand their individual circumstances and agree on suitable solutions.
  • Utilize industry knowledge and Capital One policies to provide expert guidance and support to customers.
  • Remain customer-focused and prioritize their needs in every decision.
  • Support customers through sensitive and challenging situations, taking into account any vulnerabilities.
  • Signpost customers to additional support resources and utilize your judgment to determine the best outcome for each customer.
