Job Title: Complex Psychosis Practitioner - Rehabilitation and Recovery Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Complex Psychosis Practitioner to join our team at Touchstone. As a key member of our rehabilitation and recovery service, you will work closely with service users, carers, and other agencies to provide high-quality clinical interventions and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver individualized rehabilitation plans to support service users in achieving their recovery goals.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support to service users.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and risk assessments to identify service users' needs and develop effective interventions.
  • Provide education and training to service users, carers, and other professionals on mental health recovery and rehabilitation principles.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with service users, carers, and other agencies to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care and support.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the evaluation of service effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience of working in partnership with service users with complex mental health needs.
  • Experience of managing a caseload of service users and working alongside other mental health services.
  • Extensive experience and skill of delivering social recovery clinical frame models for mental health.
  • Experience of working with diverse populations and developing and delivering support programs to service users.
  • Experience of risk management in a safe, holistic manner.
  • Working as part of a team and liaising and developing links with other agencies.
  • Monitoring and evaluating systems including record keeping.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience:

  • Qualification in Psychology, social care, or allied professions.
  • Lived experience of mental health.
  • Experience of working in a clinical environment.
  • Delivering support and or training to other staff.
  • Supervision/Management of staff.
