About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced mental health professional to provide high-quality support to individuals experiencing first episode psychosis. As an Early Intervention in Psychosis Practitioner, you will work closely with clients to develop personalized care plans, promoting recovery and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care to clients with first episode psychosis
  • Develop and implement recovery-focused care plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to monitor client progress

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in a mental health setting
  • Access to a car for work purposes and a full current UK driving license
  • RMN qualification and registration or working towards it
  • Experience of mental health either as a service user, carer, worker, or volunteer
