Job Title: Early Intervention in Psychosis Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Intervention in Psychosis Practitioner to join our team at Community Links. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health support to individuals with first episode psychosis.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive and recovery-focused environment, where you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our service users. As an Early Intervention in Psychosis Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing individualized care to clients with first episode psychosis, helping them to achieve their goals and move forward with their recovery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality mental health support to individuals with first episode psychosis
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families to promote recovery and well-being
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

Proven experience of working in a mental health setting with a caseload of clientsAccess to a car for work purposes and a full current UK driving licenceExperience of mental health either as a service user, carer, worker, or volunteerAn RMN qualification and registration or working towards thisWhat We Offer:
