Job Title: Early Intervention in Psychosis Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Intervention in Psychosis Practitioner to join our team at Community Links. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health support to individuals experiencing first episode psychosis.

About the Role:

  • Provide individualized care to clients with first episode psychosis, working closely with them to achieve their recovery goals.
  • Hold a caseload of clients and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure a supportive network.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans and strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in a mental health setting with a caseload of clients.
  • Access to a car for work purposes and a full current UK driving license.
  • Experience of mental health either as a service user, carer, worker, or volunteer.
  • RMN qualification and registration or working towards this.
