About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive and recovery-focused environment, where you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our service users. As an Early Intervention in Psychosis Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing individualized care to clients with first episode psychosis, helping them to achieve their goals and move forward with their recovery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality mental health support to individuals with first episode psychosis
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop personalized care plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of recovery-focused care pathways
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience of working in a mental health setting with a caseload of clients
  • Access to a car for work purposes and a full current UK driving licence
  • Experience of mental health either as a service user, carer, worker, or volunteer
  • An RMN qualification and registration or working towards this
