Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Mental Health Practitioner to join our team at Community Links. As a key member of our Early Intervention in Psychosis team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health support to individuals experiencing first episode psychosis.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our service users. As a Senior Mental Health Practitioner, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing individualized care and support to clients with first episode psychosis
  • Leading a caseload of clients and providing clinical guidance to junior colleagues
  • Contributing to the development and future of the service

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience of working in a mental health setting with a caseload of clients
  • Access to a car for work purposes and a full current UK driving licence
  • Experience of mental health either as a service user, carer, worker, or volunteer
  • An RMN qualification or any other relevant qualification
