Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Early Intervention in Psychosis Practitioner to join our team at Community Links. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients who are experiencing first episode psychosis, providing individualized care and support to help them achieve their recovery goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of clients with first episode psychosis, providing individualized care and support to help them achieve their recovery goals.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support to clients.
  • Develop and implement personalized recovery plans, taking into account the unique needs and goals of each client.
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families, promoting understanding and empowerment.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of team policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working in a mental health setting with a caseload of clients.
  • Access to a car for work purposes and a full current UK driving license.
  • Experience of mental health either as a service user, carer, worker, or volunteer.
  • RMN qualification and registration, or working towards this.
