We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at BSC Education Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the designated region, working closely with the Regional Account Director to maximize potential.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Develop and implement marketing and recruitment plans to achieve annual sales targets and agreed KPIs.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor trends and competitor activity, and report on market intelligence to inform business decisions.
- Account Management: Manage and develop existing and new key accounts, driving repeat sales through B2B networks.
- Lead Generation: Monitor leads, opportunities, and pipeline, ensuring conversion rates increase year-on-year.
- Partnerships: Gain new partnerships and arrange visits with new and current partners.
- Event Attendance: Attend international events, conferences, exhibitions, and workshops to increase awareness of BSC in the region.
- Market Intelligence: Provide market intelligence to inform business decisions and collaborate on marketing campaigns and collateral.
- Webinars and Presentations: Prepare and deliver webinars and product knowledge sessions as required.
- Team Support: Provide support to all teams across BSC as required, liaising closely with all departments regarding new business proposals.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth product knowledge of BSC's portfolio for ELT, Teacher Training, OET, and Pathways streams.
- Experience: 3+ years' experience in business development and account management in a B2B environment.
- Skills: IT proficiency with Microsoft Office products, Turkish speaker.
- Education Sales: Previous experience in education sales would be advantageous.
