As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising, training, and supporting the Purchase Ledger team to ensure efficient processing of invoices, payments, and expenses.

Your key responsibilities will include resolving complex queries related to supplier accounts and payment processes, processing payments for wages, PAYE, pensions, and other manual payments when necessary, and preparing and presenting reports on team performance and activities to management.

To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in a similar role within the Industrial / Manufacturing industry, strong leadership skills, excellent knowledge of financial regulations and procedures, good communication skills, and the ability to manage supplier relationships.
