Job Title: Sales Account Manager

Job Summary:

Total Staff Services is recruiting on behalf of a leading company specializing in commercial building solutions across the UK. With an impressive portfolio of blue-chip clients, including major retailers, hotel chains, and logistics providers, our client is a trusted expert in their field.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts, ensuring strong, long-lasting relationships.
* Develop new business relationships, generating and negotiating new opportunities to meet agreed sales targets and KPIs.
* Conduct a minimum of 30 calls per day as part of your outreach, focusing on both new prospects and existing accounts.
* Spot and act on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within both new and existing accounts.
* Collaborate with the Marketing Department to support targeted outreach efforts and campaigns.

Requirements:

* Proactive, intuitive, and driven to exceed sales targets.
* Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal, with a strong phone presence.
* Strong computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office.
* Strategic thinking to identify sales opportunities within accounts.
