Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at Fulcrum Infrastructure Management Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales of our student accommodation services.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, deliver, and execute marketing activities to exceed sales targets in a regulated environment
- Develop and implement marketing and communication campaigns to engage existing University of Hertfordshire students and promote our accommodation services
- Produce promotional materials, maximize social media engagement, and arrange events to drive sales
- Report directly to the CEO and work independently to achieve marketing objectives
- Post A-level qualification or degree in marketing or a related business discipline
- Experience working in a small or standalone in-house marketing function, preferably at manager level or as an experienced coordinator/marketing executive
- Ability to demonstrate a track record of activities contributing to organizational objectives
- Confidence to speak and host events, and enjoy organizing social events
