Role Overview:
As a Senior Officer in Enterprise Risk Management, you will be responsible for the implementation and oversight of key standards within the normative documentation framework, including the Risk Appetite Framework (RAF), Risk Appetite Statement (RAS), and Risk Management Framework (RMF) for SGLB and SGIL.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the annual update process for risk documentation.
  • Ensure alignment with Group normative standards and regulatory expectations.
  • Prepare concise and effective documentation and summaries.
  • Establish and monitor adherence to the RAF, RAS, and RMF.
  • Enhance the risk identification and assessment framework for SGLB and SGIL, conducting periodic campaigns.
  • Review and challenge key ESG risk factors and capital management strategies.
  • Stay informed on business, regulatory, and market developments, providing insights to improve risk management practices.
  • Prepare impact and action summaries related to regulatory changes.
  • Develop documentation and presentations for governance forums.
  • Lead or participate in various projects as necessary.
  • Support the cultivation of a robust risk culture and governance practices.
  • Engage in the SGIL Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP).

Required Profile:
  • In-depth knowledge of enterprise risk management within a banking context.
  • Extensive experience in developing Risk Management Frameworks, Risk Appetite, and capital management.
  • Strong understanding of ESG risk factors and their management.
  • Ability to assess internal and external risk trends and their implications.
  • Collaborative team player with high emotional intelligence.
  • Demonstrated strong risk culture and professional integrity.
  • Exceptional coordination and project management capabilities.
  • Proficient in building effective relationships across various seniority levels.
  • Ability to deliver clear and structured presentations.
  • Strong writing skills for governance documentation and regulatory summaries.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with a track record of innovation.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Enthusiastic about continuous learning and adapting to new challenges.

Additional Competencies:
  • Quantitative skills related to financial analysis and ICAAP.
  • Expertise in stress testing methodologies.
