Job Summary
This is a senior risk management role within a well-respected international bank, focusing on liquidity risk and asset liability management (ALM). The successful candidate will report directly to the head of risk and will be responsible for assisting in the management and mitigation of the bank's risks, including liquidity risk, ALM, and enterprise risk.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the head of risk in the management and mitigation of the bank's risks, including liquidity risk, ALM, and enterprise risk.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of risk management strategies and policies.
- Provide risk management support to the bank's risk committee and other stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of risk reports and other regulatory requirements, including Pillar 3 and Basel.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure effective risk management and control.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management within the financial services industry, preferably in a banking environment.
- Strong understanding of liquidity risk, ALM, and related regulatory requirements.
- Experience in financial reporting and risk committee processes.
- Knowledge of enterprise risk management and recovery planning is an advantage.
