Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Risk Officer to lead our enterprise risk management efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing risk management strategies, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Risk Management Strategies: Develop and implement risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate risks to the organization.
- Identify and Mitigate Risks: Identify and mitigate risks to the organization, including financial, operational, and strategic risks.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including risk management and governance standards.
- Lead Risk Management Team: Lead a team of risk management professionals to ensure effective risk management practices are in place.
- Communicate Risk Information: Communicate risk information to senior management and the board of directors.
- Monitor and Report Risks: Monitor and report risks to senior management and the board of directors.
Requirements:
- 10+ Years of Experience: 10+ years of experience in risk management, preferably in a financial services industry.
- Strong Risk Management Skills: Strong risk management skills, including risk assessment, risk mitigation, and risk reporting.
- Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including risk management and governance standards.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, including the ability to lead a team of risk management professionals.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate risk information to senior management and the board of directors.
