About the Role

Cosmic Partners is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven VP of Sales and Growth to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve new business targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team, including hiring, training, and coaching.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create a unified go-to-market approach.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and investors.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the leadership team.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of scaling a business from under £5m ARR to over £10m ARR in a minimum of 3 years.
  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to build and retain a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Adaptable and analytical approach, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
