Our Team

We are looking for a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Multiskilled Maintenance Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a small team and providing an effective, efficient, and customer-focused service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Lead a Team: You will be responsible for supervising other members of the team to carry out works required safely and within set timescales.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: You will provide an effective, efficient, and customer-focused service, including carrying out general labouring duties and assisting our trades team.
  • Work with Our Trades Team: You will work alongside our internal trades team on a mobile basis, carrying out installation and repairs to timber and metal fencing.
  • Manage Work Instructions and Vehicle Stock: You will receive and submit work instructions using our internal electronic system and take responsibility for vehicle stock and materials levels required to undertake your duties.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: You will review systems and processes and implement changes on a regular basis to drive continuous improvements in line with best practice.
