The Role

We are currently seeking a Hotel Manager to oversee operations at Point A Hotel in London Westminster.

The hotel is set to undergo significant refurbishment and redevelopment in the near future. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate with contractors and internal teams while addressing the operational needs of a bustling hotel.

The primary focus of this role is to empower and develop our team, ensuring that every guest enjoys an unforgettable experience during their stay.

You will be responsible for managing all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and overseeing both front and back-of-house teams. You will ensure that all hotel standards are met, including compliance, while maintaining a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
