Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of events, including team and house management, maintenance, and health and safety.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Oversee venue logistics, including set up and breakdown of events.
  • Work closely with the events team to ensure all events are executed to the highest standard.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in event operations or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Passion for event operations and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Full driving license and ability to drive company vehicles.
