The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RAMS/H&S, security, logistics, and rig/de-rig, with experience working at a UVL venue. You will be well-versed in providing exceptional customer service and will be the primary point of contact for clients on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute corporate hire events, ensuring seamless logistics and exceptional client satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and protocols
  • Collaborate with the events team to plan and deliver successful events
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in event operations or a related field
  • Strong background in RAMS/H&S, security, logistics, and rig/de-rig
  • Experience working at a UVL venue
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
