Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at The Channel Recruiter Ltd. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for selling ITAD (IT Asset Disposal) and IT Professional Services to channel customers, including MSPs, SIs, and Resellers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to upsell and meet their needs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and research.
- Log all activity in our CRM system to track progress and performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, logistics, warehousing, finance, engineering, and HR, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Provide weekly reports on sales activity and progress.
- Proven experience in IT sales, ITAD, or selling IT services, including hardware sales to IT resellers.
- Strong understanding of the IT industry and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ambitious, driven, and detail-oriented, with a customer-focused approach.
