About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at The Channel Recruiter Ltd. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for selling ITAD (IT Asset Disposal) and IT Professional Services to channel customers, including MSPs, SIs, and Resellers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to upsell and meet their needs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and research.
  • Log all activity in our CRM system to track progress and performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, logistics, warehousing, finance, engineering, and HR, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Provide weekly reports on sales activity and progress.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in IT sales, ITAD, or selling IT services, including hardware sales to IT resellers.
  • Strong understanding of the IT industry and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ambitious, driven, and detail-oriented, with a customer-focused approach.
