About the Role

Adele Carr Recruitment - Business Support is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Management Accountant to join our client's growing team. As a key member of the finance department, you will play a pivotal role in providing financial analysis and support to the Finance Director and Board.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce management accounts with variance analysis and design a new board pack with full commentary and analysis.
  • Provide effective business analysis reporting for senior management to support strategic decision making.
  • Accurately produce month-end management accounts reporting on actuals v budget.
  • Support the FD with month-end financial reporting and management accounts production.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and work with various non-finance budget holders.
  • Budgeting and forecasting, costings analysis, and creating and implementing new dashboards and flash reports.
Requirements
  • Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) with a proven SME background.
  • Strong MS Excel skills and familiarity with using ERP software, SAP, Oracle, or MS Navision.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to set deadlines.
  • Pro-active, self-motivated individual who enjoys being 'hands on' and taking responsibility.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills and knowledge of working in a fast-paced, SME environment.
