Belcan Workforce Solutions is seeking a skilled Commercial Admin to join their team in the UK.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in contract administration and coordination within the petrochemical or oil and gas industry.

Key responsibilities will include timesheet management, inputting information into payroll databases, and providing purchasing support for various contracts and projects.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for general SAP administration duties, organizing hired plant and equipment documents, and updating the POB tracker to record attendance levels.

The Commercial Admin will also assist in the production of estimates, review and upkeep of commercial systems and reports, and provide commercial feedback and support to the Commercial Manager and operational management.

Applicants should have effective communication skills, be computer literate, and possess a GCSE grade A-C. Aspiring to fulfill a suitable Engineering or Commercial qualification is also desirable.
