Position Overview:

The Invoicing Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of billing processes. This position involves collaboration with both internal teams and external clients to generate invoices and verify the correctness of billing statements, thereby facilitating seamless payment procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate and dispatch client invoices promptly.
  • Ensure clients receive accurate billing statements in a timely manner.
  • Maintain precision in invoicing practices.
  • Establish and oversee client accounts.
  • Keep detailed and accurate customer records.
  • Address and resolve account discrepancies.
  • Prepare and present financial reports.
  • Administer rate cards effectively.
  • Manage shared communication channels.

Candidate Profile:
  • Previous experience in billing or invoicing is essential.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Process-driven with a commitment to completing tasks thoroughly.
  • A collaborative team member who engages well with colleagues.
  • Proficient in Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP functions.

Working Hours:
