Job Title: Finance Assistant - Accounts Specialist
Location: Office-based
Salary: £14.00 per hour
Hours: 15.00 hours per week
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Assistant to join our finance team at Office Angels. The ideal candidate will support our financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and credit notes
- Set up new suppliers and perform supplier statement reconciliations
- Send out remittance advices and raise sales invoices and credit control
- Accurately record income received each week and perform monthly bank reconciliation
- Assist the Finance team with filing and administration, record keeping, and dealing with supplier queries
- Post journals and assist the Finance Officer with ad-hoc duties when required
- Provide administrative support during quarterly management accounts and year-end accounting
Requirements:
- Experience in finance and accounting
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
