Position: Financial Administration Specialist

Location: Hybrid working model

Salary: Up to £27,000 per annum

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

We are seeking a dedicated Financial Administration Specialist to join our team. This role involves a combination of remote work and occasional office attendance, offering flexibility in your work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Income Management: Accurately process and record all forms of income, ensuring data integrity across both CRM and accounting platforms.
  • Accounts Receivable: Manage the timely processing of income, including direct debits, standing orders, and online payments.
  • Customer Relations: Provide essential donor information to the fundraising and membership teams promptly.
  • Invoice Preparation: Generate sales invoices and manage customer communications regarding payments.
  • Financial Reporting: Produce necessary reports for the finance team and other stakeholders as required.
  • Accounts Payable: Process purchase invoices efficiently and respond to supplier inquiries.
  • Financial Operations: Conduct bank reconciliations and assist in the preparation of annual audit schedules.
  • Additional Duties: Support various finance-related projects and initiatives, ensuring adherence to best practices.
