About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an IFA Administrator/Junior Paraplanner. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our financial advisors and assisting with the preparation of financial plans and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to financial advisors, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Assist with the preparation of financial plans and reports, including gathering data and conducting research.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of financial products and services, including insurance, investments, and pensions.
  • Build relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and help to grow the business.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience working in a financial services administration role.
  • Started studying towards Level 4 Diploma in Financial Services.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
