Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Financial Services Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within an Independent Financial Advisory (IFA) environment, focusing on Financial Planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update the client database using Intelliflo.
  • Provide comprehensive support to financial advisers in accordance with company protocols.
  • Conduct fund and plan performance analysis.
  • Source and generate provider illustrations.
  • Assist with income modeling and cash flow planning, depending on experience.
  • Gather tax information and perform tax calculations.
  • Carry out pension calculations, based on experience.

Working Hours: This role offers flexible working hours, allowing for 5 hours a day between 8 AM and 6 PM, Monday to Friday, following the initial training period. Standard office hours are 8 AM.

Professional Development: Our organization supports ongoing education, with a pathway to achieving the Diploma qualification through the CII, specifically the Regulated Diploma in Financial Planning.
