We are seeking a Billing Operations Specialist for a prominent organization currently experiencing significant growth.

We are in search of a skilled and proficient Administrator to become part of our team on a Permanent basis.


In this role, you will report directly to the Credit Manager and collaborate closely with the Credit team to enhance cash collection efforts, reduce credits, and streamline the billing process throughout the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generating and dispatching Client invoices
  • Ensuring customers receive accurate bills promptly and in full
  • Maintaining precise invoicing practices
  • Establishing and managing client accounts
  • Reconciling discrepancies in accounts
  • Delivering accurate and comprehensive reports
  • Overseeing and managing rate cards
  • Administering shared mailboxes while maintaining efficient response times

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Previous experience in a Billing Administration capacity is beneficial but not mandatory
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, including the ability to create pivot tables and lookups, is essential
  • Strong process orientation
  • Excellent administrative capabilities
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Effective problem-solving skills
