Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced financial professional to join our team as a Credit Control Specialist. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining the financial health of our company by ensuring timely payments from customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and reduce debt by communicating with customers to facilitate timely payments.
  • Establish and maintain regular communications with customers to ensure prompt payment.
  • Create and send accurate daily invoices for completed works.
  • Resolve invoicing queries in a timely manner.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in credit control or a related field.
  • Professional and confident communication skills.
  • Competent IT skills and ability to learn new systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
  • Knowledge of Xero or similar accounting software is an advantage.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
