Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team at Robert Walters. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for processing invoices accurately and timely, reconciling supplier statements, and handling queries from suppliers and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Reconcile supplier statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Handle queries from suppliers and internal departments in a professional and timely manner.
  • Prepare payment runs and ensure timely payment to suppliers.
  • Assist in month-end closing procedures, including reconciliations and journal entries.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in accounting or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable or related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and systems.
